‘Would you prefer me to wear a pair of sunglasses so you can’t see my ugly eyes in bed’ is one of the choice lyrics from Ralfy’s debut cut, ‘Bad Sex’. The plucky Brit hails from Bishop Stortford, which boasts a lineage of Sam Smith, George Ezra and Charli XCX, and alongside his debut release has announced a headline show at the Thousand Island venue show on 27^th October. If ‘Bad Sex’ is anything to go by we can expect a stream of brutally honest, tongue-in-cheek pop records to come – in the words of the man himself: "I decided to lighten up and have a laugh about something honest, ditching the fake metaphors.
